We've thought about going to a park and bringing in bbq or local faves from Da Kitchen. I'm not sure you could do this w/ 100, tho...

Ooh, lordy, that's a lot! Were you thinking of hosting it at a public park? That would probably be incredibly challenging for transportation (unless you bus everyone in).

What about doing an ice cream social or getting some shave ice machines?
